How much is the postage for my order?
We post Australia-wide for a flat rate of $7, regardless of how much merchandise you purchase. Please note, for corporate purchases or large merchandise purchases, please contact fundraising@lh.org.au for a more specific postage cost.
Why do you only offer a flat rate on postage?
We have found that this flat rate is easier for us to handle from a financial perspective. The more merchandise you order the better it is for you!
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We generally will have your order in the mail within 5 business days. The actual delivery time by Australia Post will be dependent on your location and the delivery times of Australia Post. If you require an urgent order, please get in touch with us at fundraising@lh.org.au and we will do our best to get your order out to you either on the same day or day after your order has gone through.
What do I do if I want to return or exchange an item?
You are welcome to ask for an exchange or refund within 30 days from purchase. Please keep your receipt as proof of purchase. Products and packaging must be returned in original condition. We reserve the right to inspect the condition of items returned prior to making a full refund. Exchange after 30 days from purchase date are limited to comply with consumer rights only. We do not refund for change of mind or wrong decision. To organise the refund please email fundraising@lh.org.au.
I have selected the ‘Pickup from Chris O’Brien Lifehouse’ delivery option, what do I do?
We will confirm when your order is ready for collection via email. If you don’t hear from us within 5 days of making the order please email fundraising@lh.org.au or call 02 8514 0006. Collection is from Chris O’Brien Lifehouse, 119-143 Missenden Road, Camperdown, 2050. When you arrive, ask for one of our fundraising members at reception.
